A.K.A. Gen Z, iGen, or Centennials

The oldest segment of Generation Z is graduating from college and officially entering the workforce.  They were raised with the internet and smart phones at their disposal, and according to research, they’re more educated and diverse than their generation predecessors.

Born after 1996?  the oldest of this generation is turning 24 in 2021.  They make up 27% of the U.S. population.
